TERMS OF SERVICE
 

-I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a sale/ commission for whatever means necessary

-If a payment plan has been discussed, a 35% NONREFUNDABLE down-payment is required. Suit must be paid off within 4 months and will not be shipped to you until payment is complete.

​

-Payment must be made within five days of scheduled times during payment plan. Example: someone says they’ll pay $300 on May 1st, they have until the 6th to complete payment. If payment is not made invoice will be cancelled and suit will be put back up for sale (if a premade) or will be scrapped (if commission) and turned into a new character to be sold as premade.

-I do NOT accept deadlines, unless a rush fee is discussed ahead of time

-Buyer/Commissioner is responsible for shipping fees. This will be calculated and sent as a separate invoice when suit is completed.

-I strongly encourage and prefer payments via Cashapp, venmo, or square. If Buyer's has to use paypal-- an invoice will be sent including the increased 3.55% fee inducted by Paypal as of 2022

​

-If any major issue arise with the suit within 30 days of receiving, you can send it back for repairs for zero cost. I only request that you cover shipping.

-If an issue arises where you cannot finish paying off your suit  it will either be shipped to you in whatever the current state of it is, or your suit will be edited into a new design/character and resold. Please keep in mind that you should not commission a suit without being 100% certain you can afford it. No refund will be given.

-Please keep in mind that I am a human being, not a machine! There are guaranteed to be small flaws with my suits. This includes small shave spots, popped seams, possible  visible hot glue spots, etc. 

​

-Failure to comply with my TOS will result in permanent blacklisting.
